As a company offering highly customized solutions to our clients, we feel it is important that you understand how refunds work at LeavittHaas.
Given the nature of the content we create, we do not generally offer a refund on a purchased service unless we have made changes to those services and their deliverables that materially affect you to your detriment or as required under Colorado consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws. If you would like to request a refund, you should contact LeavittHaas at refunds@leavitthaas.com. If you cancel a project prior to its Project Briefing: Virtual Meeting, then you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. We also offer a prorated refund following your Project Briefing: Virtual Meeting including and for up to three (3) days immediately following said Virtual Meeting.
Clients who have failed to fill out their Project Briefing: Online Questionnaire or schedule their Project Briefing: Virtual Meeting have up to seven (7) days from purchase to request a full refund. After this seven (7) day period, no refunds shall be honored.
Clients who have filled out their Project Briefing: Online Questionnaire but fail to appear for a scheduled Project Briefing: Virtual Meeting have within that seven (7) day from purchase period to reschedule their Project Briefing: Virtual Meeting or forfeit their rights to a refund.
We will assess any other refund or credit requests outside this seven (7) day refund period on their merits. Please note, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit outside our stated refund period as work on your project has already commenced.
If we decide to issue a refund, this will be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. Any refund you shall receive will be made within 4 business days. Any subsequent delay in the return of your funds will be the responsibility of your bank and/or credit card company and governed by its terms and conditions regarding credits to your account.
Disputes lodged with payment agents: If, as a purchaser, you lodge a dispute with a payment agent, this will result in a freezing of your account and a cessation of contact and all project activities until the dispute raised with the payment agent has been cancelled. This makes it very complex to resolve any related issues so we encourage you to contact us directly first to see if we can help resolve any concerns.
