ROSE HAAS

Raised in a large, bustling family, Rose discovered the joys and challenges of building her own family at a young age. Fate intervened when she found her true love in high school, eventually embarking on an adventure-filled journey as they traveled the world together as part of the US Air Force. These experiences exposed Rose to a myriad of cultures and ideas, profoundly shaping her perspective on parenting. Believing that her children should grow up away from the distractions of modern conveniences, such as television, she created an environment that fostered their creativity and curiosity.

Rose's unwavering work ethic and dedication to education led her to the healthcare industry, where she embarked on a fulfilling career as a registered nurse. Balancing the demands of her profession and the responsibilities of motherhood was no small feat, but Rose's determination knew no bounds. Amidst the challenges, she pursued her degree, setting an inspiring example for her two children. Rose instilled in them the vital lesson that success comes from embracing one's passions and nurturing a lifelong thirst for knowledge and discovery.

As she transitions into her new role, Rose looks back on her incredible journey with a sense of awe and gratitude, as she reminisces about the twists and turns that have brought her to where she is today. Her childhood, which was filled with challenges but rewarded with love from her siblings, she is the foundation for resilience and determination that have carried her through life's ups and downs. Today, her children are thriving, driven individuals who continue to seek out new paths to fulfill their dreams. When her son proposed starting a design/build company to her after retiring from nursing, she was unsure at first. But her experience redesigning homes in various communities made her believe she could succeed. Through each project and client, Rose learned that her success, and the success and culture of the company, depended on her lifelong values: curiosity, research, and passion.

Although Rose no longer works on a day-to-day calendar, her influence on design and troubleshooting continues to inspire everyone she comes into contact with. she still plays an active role in the company - by reviewing all designs for every project and being the objective and highly rational designer not influenced by the daily dynamics that sometimes obscure the best solutions. Her enthusiasm for helping others is contagious and greatly influences the entire team. Each team member relies on her invaluable experience, knowledge, and passion.

Anthony Leavitt

Anthony became an entrepreneur at a young age, likely due to his mother, Rose. By 30, he had started and sold his first business. by the age of 38, he had begun discussion with his mom: to start a design/build firm they had both secretly wanted. This firm aimed to create unique and innovative solutions for homeowners who appreciate artistic and unconventional designs, resulting in standout and admired homes.

Anthony's journey into the working world began at a tender age, much like his enterprising mother. Determined to earn his keep, he immersed himself in an array of tasks, from meticulously manicuring lawns to braving the icy cold to shovel snow. Even amidst the rigorous demands of his school life, Anthony diligently sought employment at restaurants and grocery stores, eager to become financially independent.


During the sunny summer months, Anthony embraced his family's strong construction legacy. Inspired by his ancestors, he immersed himself in a world filled with tools and plans. With determination, he took on various projects, from installing sprinklers to attaching siding to large buildings. Anthony's education in construction went beyond his parents' teachings; his artistic extended family, who had successfully merged their creativity with construction for a stable income, also guided him. As he learned about painting and design, Anthony absorbed their wisdom and gained extensive knowledge in construction that surpassed textbooks and classroom lectures.

Anthony, shaped by his varied jobs and family teachings, became a powerful figure in construction. His determination and persistence were influenced by his mother and extended family, whose impact was evident in his every task. Anthony seamlessly combined creativity and construction in each project, showcasing his talent and potential in the industry.

After a major health scare, Anthony decided to fully commit to his lifelong dream and help his clients achieve their goals.. This pivotal moment paved the way for the inception of their initial partnership. Embracing their complementary strengths, Anthony assumed a greater role in project management, ensuring seamless execution, while Rose harnessed her inherent flair for design, taking firm ownership of this pivotal aspect. By working together harmoniously, Rose and Anthony steadfastly nurtured their business, unwavering in their commitment to remain groundbreakingly innovative and singularly unique in their approach, steadfastly aiding each client they encountered on their path to success.

Anthony's extensive years of experience in the field have endowed him with a rich repertoire of practical insights when it comes to design and space planning. Having worked in both residential and commercial settings, he has developed a keen understanding of the intricacies involved in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. However, Anthony's creativity knows no bounds, and he constantly challenges himself by venturing into new territories.

In addition to his design work, he has recently started channeling his artistic abilities into crafting custom furniture and cabinetry for himself and his friends. This newfound passion not only allows him to further expand his skill set but also enables him to infuse his unique style and personality into every piece he creates. As a result, Anthony's creations become a true reflection of his vision and exemplify his unwavering commitment to excellence.
