Each team member has a standard hourly rate based on their level of experience allowing us to work within most budgets across a wide variety of projects. This flexibility allows our clients to increase or decrease our involvement in their project as conditions and needs change. Never be afraid to discuss your budgets with one of the partners. If it’s within our ability, we’ll work with you to ensure your dreams come true!

DESIGN SERVICES: IN PERSON

Our design team comes to you to conduct live, in-person meetings and offers a highly customized approach to bringing your dreams to life. These services utilize in-depth briefings, inspirational shopping trips, interactive design sessions, ongoing design revisions, builder and contractor briefings, attendance at status meetings, sharing of local resources, and if needed, ongoing in-person reviews during the construction process to help you build your dreams.

Harnessing the power of our design programS and our client portal, our clients have access to our 3D walkthroughs at any time, to continually evaluate the solutions that we present to them in our in-person presentations. Our proprietary BuildDoc™ details every decision that we jointly make throughout the design process - from special requests, to detailing every finish and paint color, cabinet layouts and insert, To furniture selections and placements so that the construction process is streamlined and everyone working on the project shares the vision for the whole project.

While we provide access to our knowledge and give you a framework for developing your building plans, you control how we address your concerns as we help you plan for your dreams to come true.

DESIGN SERVICES: VIRTUAL

as we do for our local clients, we harness the power of modern technology and our customized approach to Create a unique virtual relationship. All of our services are available to remote clients who love what we do but don’t feel we’re close enough that they can work with us given geographical restrictions.

these virtual services are more focused and streamlined than our in person services but we still strive to bring our unique approach and radical ideas to all our “virtual clients”. While we still recommend developing a master plan for your entire project, these virtual projects can be more cost effective by focusing on one area of the overall plan or just one area in general.

our virtual clients still get the benefits of our proprietary BuildDoc™ - to help them convey their designs to their local contractors. and we still offer to virtually attend those important briefings and status meetings when our clients think it’s important.
