DESIGN TIME: InternaL EXPLORATION
During the design phase of the project, our designers don't share ideas among themselves. Instead, each designer will see their colleague's ideas at the same time as you do, during your interactive design sessions.

During the time when we go to work and put ideas to "paper" in preparation for our design session with you, it is crucial that we take the opportunity to thoroughly refine and expand upon these initial ideas.
While they may be rough drafts, their purpose is to challenge your expectations and encourage you to provide candid feedback. Don't hesitate to express your thoughts bluntly, as your honesty is invaluable in guiding the design process.
Simultaneously, we encourage you to immerse yourself in exploring your own influences and expectations during this phase. Engaging in discussions about design often leads to unexpected shifts in our initial design wishes, allowing us to reevaluate and further refine our concepts to better align with your vision. By embracing this collaborative approach, we are able to create truly outstanding designs that encapsulate your unique style and preferences.

During the meeting, we listen to client feedback to make sure we understand their goals and meet their expectations. We encourage clients to openly share their concerns and suggestions.

After our discussion, we apply the ideas we discussed together during our design session. Then, we take some time to delve into and develop any new ideas that may have emerged from our time with you.
Once we feel the designs are fully fleshed out, we put together the beginning of your BuildDoc™ and prepare the designs for our first formal presentation.
After our design session, we refine the ideas and get them ready for your formal review. This is where some designs you may have seen either change or get discarded. Don't worry, we keep all the ideas available and never discard anything.

We want to ensure you have enough time to review the materials before our phone call.
TRADITIONALLY, WE WILL FORWARD THE PRESENTATION TO YOU VIA EMAIL About two hours before the zoom meeting.
THIS email WILL CONTAIN youR presentation AS WELL AS links for you to access your exclusive 3D models.
We believe that by giving you time PRIOR TO the meeting, you can fully appreciate the designs and think about how they can be implemented.
It also gives you the chance to prepare any questions or feedback you might have, making our call more productive and focusing the entire team on what areas of the design are really working and which need some more attention.
Some clients decide fast, while others take longer. Our process lets clients choose when to give feedback. After we get the feedback, we create your BuildDoc™ to finish the project and prepare you for briefing your contractors.
